Homebound is a collaboration between the Home, Shelter, and Foundation Foundation and several international agencies and partners, to provide innovative and tailored support to local governments and organizations to help homeless people find and keep homes. Homebound is a key part of the charity’s global strategy to end homelessness by 2030.

Past and Ongoing Projects

Home Sweet Home

We built 500 new homes for homeless families in five countries, using eco-friendly and low-cost materials and designs. The project also provided training and support for the homeowners to maintain their homes and improve their livelihoods.

Home Away from Home Fund

We offer funding to organizations that provide temporary and transitional housing for homeless people who are fleeing from violence, persecution, or disaster. The project also provides for legal, medical, and psychological assistance to help them cope with their trauma and secure their rights.

Get Involved

The Future

Homefront

A new initiative to address homelessness among veterans and their families. Homefront will be a partnership between the Home, Shelter, and Foundation Foundation and several national and local veterans organizations and service providers. Through this initiative, the charity will provide targeted and comprehensive support to homeless veterans and their families, including housing assistance, health care, mental health counseling, substance abuse treatment, employment training, and legal aid.
